(More customer reviews)I am glad that PMI finally pulled together a companion guide to the PMBOK. The content is valid and adequate but the format and the appearance is very disappointing.Although the title of the book states "FORMS" I was expecting a more professional looking set of templates that could be modified to include a company name and logo. These are very basic forms that have no headers, footers or margins. The border around each page prohibits you from expanding a certain text box to accommodate more text without corrupting the entire page formatting.
The book shows each form with instructions inside each field to be completed; however that information is not included in the electronic copy.If you needed to assign this form to someone else to complete, it would be a challenge to complete it correctly without guidance.
Aesthetically they look like a "pen and ink" fill in the blank form from the 1970's and not like something that was created in a robust word processor such as WORD.They are a good guide for content, but not immediately usable.
