(More customer reviews)The information this book provided was excellent. The examples provided in each section where a big help in explaining what was being taught. However, I must say that the editing of this book was poor. Many times I tried using the index to reference material from previous chapters only to find that the index was badly mislabeled. Also several of the teaching aids were mislabeled as to where to reference the material, leading to time wasted searching for the right pages.
