This book provides an excellent view of how the project leadership of Churchill, Dowding, and others salvaged victory in the Battle of Britain.I enjoy history and IT/project management reading, and Kozak-Holland's books always provide an interesting union of two of my favorite interests.It's valuable to read books like this to realize that the challenges you face day to day as a project manager are not all that different from the challenges some of the most important individuals of history faced.Obviously the consequences of failure are drastically different, but there are nonetheless many leadership lessons for those of us who run IT projects.This is more about general leadership techniques for business agility than the Agile Manifesto or Agile software development methodologies, and the book lacks some editorial polish, but Kozak-Holland's passion for history and IT still shine through.It's definitely worth a read!
