(More customer reviews)With so many corporations scrambling for solutions and ever increasing pressure on consultants this book couldn't have come out at a better time. This self-help guide really puts the consultant in the drivers seat with valuable tips, advice, tools, management techniques, you name it. I've improved my performance, even raised my rate and solved a lot of frustrations using this book. I especially like the Kickoff!! section which helped solve some problems I had managing and maintaining a consistent flow during the project. The first and second volumes are both great and well organized. I am now waiting for the next volume which I hope is soon. THE definitive books for Identity Access Management. Highly recommended.
