Project Manager's Desk Reference".Much of the book refersto methods and procedures used at ICF Kaiser.It covers in detail designengineering controls / monitoring, material and equipment procurement,contract procedures, cost control and estimating.A section is alsodevoted to the matters associated with international projects.It is avery good reference for those involved in management of large projects(engineering, construction, design-build).
