(More customer reviews)This book uniquely covered the traditional construction management subjects of estimating, scheduling, control, then added preconstruction activities and project delivery methods, followed by construction law and safety. These subject, which are integrated together in the work world, are usally found in 3-4 different books.
Some additional depth, such as adding order of magnitude estimating, and estimating by assemblies, was a welcome addition.
