I don't expect this review to be too helpful to most, as I've not purchased this book yet, but these are my observations. The book was published in 2003 and I'm the first to review it.Hmm?Also, my odd way of assessing a book via Amazon is to look at the cost versus page count.This book costs $1 per page, which makes it very pricey compared to other EVM books.I can't imagine there is something unique within this book that you couldn't find in other sources.
