The book is perfect for starting Project Managers. It comes with a GREAT, really a GREAT CD with all templates, and one sample of project plan with all documents. It's also a very good review of all PMBOK Guide 3rd Edition published by PMI. A must have book for everyone that is dealing with projects and need a fast track to produce better results.
