(More customer reviews)Had been using the book for a couple of years when got involved in a cost reduction project with famous international consulting group.The million dollar consulting firm used darn near the same project management approach as described.I have to admit the consultants brought in two or three additional very useful frameworks beyond what was contained.Is this book perfect and complete? No way and I disagree on several points and there is some content that is annoyingly missing but this book is a home-run on the bang for buck meter.
Depending on your talent, abilities, and discipline you could also skip the $15,000 six sigma course and run with this unless you feel the need to prove the value of a project with a regression analysis.
This book certainly makes my short list or useful references!
