This is a straight-forward approach to the practice of project management.There are tools and practices that should NOT be overlooked when one is taking on (or in the middle of) a project.The examples in the book and factual information makes it a very useable book that should be on any successful PM desktop.It is an easily referenceable book and get 2 copies -- one for your home library and one for quick reference at your office/project.I cannot wait for what Mr. Perrin has in mind for his next book!
