I am new to board development,grant development and award processes, and working with large groups of people. I know that coming to agreements with people who have the skills to maintain agreements is the key to good project management whether it is in the school, or office, or home.Mr. Kemp masterfully shows readers how to come to workable agreements.Also, the tone of the book is gentle and kind.I highly recommend this book for anyone who wants to navigate life with greater ease.
