(More customer reviews)The previous reviewer is being grossly unfair.The entire premise of the "Idiot's Guide" series is basic information for the beginner.To fault the book for repeating information found in business education classes is missing the point.For those who do not have a business education but find themselves leading a project -- the PTA fundraiser, the Boy Scout jamboree, or even their daughter's wedding -- the book presents a wealth of useful information.
