Before I read this book I was putting a presentation together on project management.I had brainstormed some thoughts as to how I would go about approaching a problem, or better yet an opportunity.Well I found it veryinteresting that this book paralleled most of my thoughts and my colleaguesthoughts. Then I proceeded to read through this book and I found that itwas very practical and easy to read.Since I am not an expert in thisfield by all means, I would recommend this book to anyone who is at allinterested in this topic. All in all, it was a good learning experience
